If you are taking a yoga class you will need to be comfortable but at the same time you need to make sure that you are wearing the right clothing for this exercise. Of course with anything you wear you need to feel comfortable in it. If you don't feel comfortable in something you may spend your entire workout time worrying about what you look like or how bad you may feel.
